We may reject, hide, limit, or remove content that violates
these Terms, creates safety concerns, infringes another

6. Dating and Personal Safety

investigation of every member and cannot guarantee another
person’s identity, intentions, statements, criminal history,
financial condition, or behavior.

- Do not send money or financial credentials.
- Protect your home address, workplace, and identity documents.
- Meet in a public place and tell someone where you are going.
- Use the block and report tools when behavior feels unsafe or deceptive.
Contact local emergency services when there is an immediate

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend,

creates legal or security risk, or interferes with operation

Some records may be retained after account closure when
necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling,
legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.
9. Service Disclaimers

not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation,
successful matches, marriage, compatibility, or any
particular relationship outcome.

do not necessarily reflect the views of ChineseWives.com.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law,
ChineseWives.com and its operators will not be responsible
for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages arising from use of the service or contact
with another member.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot
lawfully be excluded or limited.
